Parallel Bars

Parallel Bars for your Power Rack which provide the benefits of TONS of different exercises/applications, such as: Dips, Preacher Curls, Utility Seat, Landmine Stand, a Barricade for Swinging Cables, Seal Rows, Additional Angles for Bench, Back Support for Triceps Push Downs and Bicep Curls, Chest Supported Rows, Foot Platform for Low Rows, and MANY MORE!

The fact is I keep coming up with new uses for these - so more videos involving these are likely on the way soon! Be sure to check out the DIY 2-in-1 Belt Squat & Reverse Hyper to see more of the parallel bars in action!

ENSURING LEVEL:

I had a footage dedicated to ensuring that the Dip BARS are level, but the video was getting way too long. Having severely uneven parallel bars would be very annoying. After all, they are called called “PARALLEL” bars for a reason. Therefore, you can make the parallel bars level through 1) Cutting the Blocks to different lengths and/or 2) Cutting the notch deeper on one side. If this is too much work for you, you could always just buy new J-Hooks so that you have 4 identical ones and save yourself the headache.
