This EASY DIY Workout Tracker/ Counter / Abacus is great for CrossFit WOD AMRAP, Circuit Training, HIIT, and even bodybuilding / Powerlifting! This easy project will help you achieve your planned number of sets/ rounds in that day’s workout plan.

When you can visually see your progress manifested physically in that counter and physically see how many sets you still have left - it can only help keep you stay on track so that you do not cheat yourself …and that you stick to the plan!
